Remote Prop Trader

Maverick Trading is hiring a fully remote Equity & Options Trader open to applicants in Santander, Spain. We are a 25+ year proprietary trading firm that allocates firm capital to disciplined traders and scales buying power based on performance and risk management.

Trade the US market afternoon — the NYSE opens at 3:30pm CET and closes around 9.5:00pm CET. Western Europe is one of the strongest regions for US-market trading outside the US itself. The NYSE opens during your afternoon, which means a full European morning to prepare followed by a focused trading window — a workable rhythm and one many of our European traders prefer.

This is not a challenge account. Not a demo evaluation. We provide structured capital allocation for traders who want a professional path to scaling capital.

Options allow traders to define risk, hedge exposures, and structure trades beyond simple directional stock positions. Maverick is one of the few proprietary trading firms that actively trades options as a core part of its trading approach.

This is a 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is a profit-split on trading performance, with no base salary. Top-tier traders earn 90% of their net trading profits.
