We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Global Treasury team in Asturias. In this role, you will support key treasury activities, including cash management, banking operations, liquidity monitoring, foreign exchange transactions, and financial risk management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and banking partners to help ensure efficient treasury operations, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to the company's financial stability and growth.

- Support the day-to-day operations of Global Treasury across the region, ensuring efficient and compliant treasury processes.
- Manage banking documentation, including account openings, closures, KYC activities, guarantees, and related agreements.
- Maintain banking portal access, user administration, and security controls while driving process improvements.
- Perform daily cash positioning, liquidity monitoring, and cash forecasting activities.
- Support treasury transaction reconciliations and settlement of payments, foreign exchange transactions, and other financial instruments.
- Help manage treasury systems, including Quantum, Finastra, 360T, SWIFT, and related accounting interfaces.
- Support In-House Bank operations and contribute to internal and external audit requirements.
- Participate in treasury projects, process improvements, and automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related field.
- Experience working in a finance, treasury, banking, or accounting environment.
- Understanding of treasury processes, liquidity management, and financial instruments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to work with financial data.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and with banking partners.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Experience working with treasury management systems such as Quantum, Finastra, 360T, or SWIFT.
- Previous exposure to global or regional treasury operations in a multinational organization.
- Proven track record of driving automation, process optimization, or treasury transformation initiatives.
