• Self-Employed, Remote Position: Work from anywhere in the world.
• Global Client Base: Advise clients across multiple countries.
• Leads Provided: All clients come to you; no cold-calling required.
• Meetings Scheduled: The administrative team books meetings, letting you focus on advice.
• Full Support: Dedicated paraplanning and admin teams handle paperwork and client management.
• Generous Commission Splits: Competitive ongoing commission structures with strong long-term earning potential.

• Qualifications: UK or US financial qualifications (CISI, CII, or equivalent).
• Experience: Proven success as a Financial Adviser or Paraplanner, ideally with UK/US pensions and investment expertise.
• Skills: Excellent IT proficiency, organizational ability, and time management.
• Personal Attributes: Ambitious, proactive, and self-motivated with strong communication skills.

• For on-site roles in Spain: EU passport, residence, or Spanish NIE card. Remote roles have no location restrictions.
• Minimum three (3) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and grow assets under management.
