Degree in business administration or comparable education
7 to 10 years of experience in high responsibility sales position (Pharma industry)
Pragmatism and hands-on mentality
Leadership experience and staff development experience
Ability to motivate employees
Distinctive team orientation and open communication
Knowledge of the English or German language
