Part-Time Bookkeeper (Quick Books Online | Hospitality) – Remote
We are looking for a   Part-Time Bookkeeper   to support the financial operations of a U.S.

-based hospitality and entertainment business.

This position is exclusively for candidates with previous bookkeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
Experience in restaurants, hotels, attractions, tourism, entertainment venues, or similar hospitality businesses is required.

The ideal candidate has strong   Quick Books Online (QBO)  experience and enjoys reconciling financial data across multiple systems while working in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:

Part-Time (30 hours/week) | Tuesday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Arizona Time) | Remote

Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate financial records using   Quick Books Online (QBO)  .
Allocate revenue across multiple business lines.
Reconcile financial data from booking platforms, POS systems, and accounting records.
Process daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
Support bookkeeping activities related to hospitality operations.
Work with booking platforms, POS systems, and other financial systems to ensure data accuracy.
Assist with payroll-related bookkeeping processes.
Collaborate with internal leadership to investigate and resolve financial discrepancies.
Learn and work with additional systems, including Fair Harbor, Square, Connecteam, and other business platforms.

Required Qualifications
3+ years of bookkeeping experience within the hospitality industry is required.
Hospitality industry experience is mandatory. Applications without hospitality experience will not be considered.
Strong experience using   Quick Books Online (QBO)  .
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience reconciling financial information across multiple systems.
Experience working with POS, booking, payment, or e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to think and communicate quickly in English.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred

Experience with   Square   ,   Fair Harbor   , or similar hospitality booking/POS platforms.
Experience supporting payroll processes.
Experience working remotely with U.S.

-based companies.

Compensation
Payroll:
MXN  $18,000 – $21,000/month
