Interface Translation and Localization Specialist with German, English, and Spanish

A technology company working with industrial clients in the development, adaptation, and localization of software, technical documentation, and digital interfaces is looking for an   Interface Translation and Localization Specialist   to join its team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality, consistency, and accurate implementation of German-language content within digital interfaces, working closely with technical, translation, and development teams.

Key languages:

Native or bilingual level of   German
Professional proficiency in   English   and   Spanish

Main responsibilities:

Manage and adapt German interface content based on technical documentation and product requirements
Ensure linguistic and terminological consistency across all interface texts
Review new software versions to identify changes and new content
Collaborate with design, development, and translation teams to ensure the correct implementation of texts
Prepare linguistic instructions and context for translation teams
Manage and import translations using internal localization tools and systems
Validate texts directly within prototypes and digital interfaces, ensuring proper display and a smooth user experience
Participate in meetings with multidisciplinary teams and provide linguistic support throughout the product development process

Core skills/experience :

+1 year of experience in content localization, technical translation, linguistic management, or digital interface copywriting
Degree in Translation and Interpreting, Linguistics, Philology, or related fields
Strong linguistic sensitivity, attention to detail, and passion for language and terminology
Familiarity with translation/localization tools
Ability to work with technical documentation and digital environments
Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
