At CLINIGMA we specialize in conducting in-trial interviews, capturing key insights from patients and caregivers participating in clinical trials. We are currently looking for a qualified German consultant to join our team in conducting qualitative, semi-structured patient interviews.

This is a consultant position — workload will vary depending on project needs, and you will have the flexibility to work on a project-by-project basis, supporting our existing team as new projects arise.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are seeking professionals with a Master's degree or higher in anthropology, sociology, psychology, or a similar field, who have experience conducting in-depth, semi-structured interviews and are fully fluent in German. Candidates based in Central European time zones (CET) are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities
As an interviewer at CLINIGMA, your tasks will include:

Conducting phone-based semi-structured interviews with clinical trial participants in German.

Revising transcripts of interviews for accuracy and completeness.

Reviewing translated transcripts (German to English) to ensure coherence and quality.

Revising Interview Manuals translated from English into German for accuracy and clarity.

Languages

We are looking for interviewers fluent in German.

English should be spoken at a professional level.

Qualifications

Be fully fluent in German (spoken and written).

Have a professional level of English (spoken and written).

Hold at least a Master's degree in anthropology, sociology, psychology, or a similar field.

Have practical experience conducting qualitative, semi-structured, in-depth interviews.

Be based in or able to work within Central European (CET) time zones (strongly preferred).

Not be currently engaged with, or concurrently consulting for, other Contract Research Organizations (CROs) while working with CLINIGMA.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience working within a clinical setting or addressing medical topics.

Comfort with interviewing children and/or adolescents, as some projects may involve younger participants.
