Role Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to test the  CX agent's  responses and behavior.
Follow basic prompts and scenarios provided for testing.
Provide feedback on conversation flow and user experience.
Work  independently  to ensure clear and structured feedback.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Native or fluent Mexican Spanish  speaker.
Ability to make clear phone calls with good audio quality.
Available to start immediately.
