Technical Project Leader - Rail Signaling Your mission in our team

As a Technical Project Leader, you will drive the successful deployment of Siemens Mobility Solutions in Spain. You will shape the technical strategy, ensuring seamless project delivery through innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Leading engineering activities and fostering collaboration within the project team.
  • Strategizing, planning, and steering the engineering scope to meet project goals.
  • Managing the technical delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, milestones, cost, and quality.
  • Overseeing budget management for the engineering portion of the project.
  • Interfacing effectively with Project Managers and Commercial Project Managers.
  • Driving continuous improvement by analyzing challenges and sharing lessons learned.
Your success is grounded in:
  • Over 5 years of experience in international rail signaling engineering projects.
  • Expertise across the entire signaling project lifecycle, from specification to commissioning.
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop team members.
  • Excellent communication skills and experience in team management.
  • Advanced proficiency in planning tools and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to travel.
