Are you an experienced legal professional in Latin America who has supported U.S. law firms and wants to continue growing within the U.S. legal system?
We are hiring a Mid-Level Legal Assistant to support a respected mid-size U.S. law firm focused on Bankruptcy & Financial Law. This is a stable, full-time, long-term remote opportunity designed for professionals who value structure, responsibility, and career progression.
You will work directly with U.S.

-based attorneys and paralegals, becoming a key operational support in bankruptcy and financial matters while strengthening your exposure to U.S. legal procedures.
What You'll Do
Support attorneys with bankruptcy filings and financial law case management
Draft, format, and organize legal documents and court-related materials
Maintain calendars, deadlines, and case tracking systems
Assist with preparation and filing of documents before U.S. courts
Manage case files and document organization with accuracy
What We're Looking For
Proven experience working with U.S. law firms (required)
Experience in Bankruptcy, Financial Law, or related practice areas (strongly preferred)
Advanced English (written and spoken)
Strong attention to detail and deadline management
Ability to integrate seamlessly into U.S.
