Proven experience in Linked In outreach — you know how to connect, engage, and build conversations that get real responses.
Hands-on expertise with Linked In tools — your go-to toolkit for precision targeting and outreach success.
English — you'll be interacting daily with global professionals across the U.S. and beyond.

Activities:

Send high-volume headhunting invitations via Linked In.
Collect and verify candidate contact details (emails, Linked In, Whats App) with speed and accuracy.
Add candidates to the ATS, ensuring complete and up-to-date records.
Coordinate and schedule interviews across global time zones
Ensure high-quality standards throughout every stage of the hiring pipeline
React swiftly to last-minute changes (e.g., cancellations, reschedules)
Hit daily/weekly sourcing goals tied to hiring KPIs and performance metrics.
