Senior Media Buyer; Adult; Remote

We're looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Adult) to help scale one of AdNexo's fastest-growing customer acquisition channels.

Working remotely as part of our Media Buying team, you'll take ownership of high-volume paid media campaigns across leading adult advertising networks. You'll be responsible for managing substantial advertising budgets, identifying profitable opportunities, and scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI.

This is not a junior campaign management role. You'll have full ownership of media buying performance, from testing creatives and optimising funnels to negotiating with traffic sources, expanding into new geographies, and scaling profitable campaigns.

We're looking for someone who already understands the adult advertising ecosystem and knows how to buy traffic profitably  you've managed significant budgets across networks such as Exo Click, Traffic Junky, Traffic Stars, Adsterra, or similar platforms, we'd love to hear from you.

As part of our Media Buying team, you'll work alongside experienced performance marketers focused on building scalable acquisition channels across multiple geographies.

• Managing and scaling paid media campaigns across leading adult advertising platforms.
• Managing monthly advertising budgets of €150,000–€200,000 while maintaining profitability targets.
• Launching, testing, and optimising campaigns across multiple geographies and traffic sources.
• Running creative, funnel, landing page, and audience tests to improve campaign performance.
• Monitoring key performance metrics including CTR, CVR, eCPA, eCPL, ARPU, retention, and ROI.
• Scaling winning campaigns while identifying and eliminating underperforming traffic.
• Working with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Red Track, Binom, or similar to ensure accurate tracking and optimisation.
• Collaborating closely with the Media Buying team to identify new growth opportunities and share performance insights.
• Staying up to date with industry trends, new ad formats, platform updates, and compliance requirements across adult advertising networks.

Success in this role means consistently scaling profitable campaigns, managing large advertising budgets responsibly, and driving sustainable revenue growth through paid media.

• 3–5+ years of proven experience managing paid media within the adult vertical (dating, cams, VOD, or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with platforms such as Exo Click, Traffic Junky, Traffic Stars, Adsterra, or other adult advertising networks.
• Demonstrated success scaling campaigns while maintaining strong ROI and profitability.
• Strong understanding of media buying fundamentals including campaign optimisation, audience segmentation, funnel strategy, and creative testing.
• Experience managing six‑figure monthly advertising budgets.
• Proficiency with tracking platforms such as Voluum, Red Track, Binom, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent understanding of paid media metrics including CTR, CVR, eCPA, eCPL, ARPU, retention, and customer acquisition economics.
