What You’ll Do as an Account Development Executive (Mexico Division):

- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts in Mexico to ensure profitability, retention, and sustainable business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities to expand GLT’s presence in the Mexican market and strengthen the active customer portfolio.
- Design and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and long-term growth objectives.
- Lead the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals, rates, contracts, and bid processes to close new business.

Your Profile:

- Advanced English proficiency   (C1 level).
-This role is based in   Mexico.
Candidates must be currently located in   Mexico.
- Experience using   CRM tools   (Salesforce is a plus).
- Strong understanding of logistics pricing, market dynamics, and carrier capacity.
- Basic knowledge of   procurement and carrier sourcing is preferred.
