Role Description We are seeking a full-time, remote B2B Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.
The Sales Manager will oversee business development initiatives, establish and maintain strong client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets. This role includes developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market analysis, and building and managing a high-performing sales team to ensure profitability.
The role requires active participation in the hiring process, sales team development, and hands-on selling. The Sales Manager is also expected to generate their own clients while leading a 24/7 intake sales team. Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
Schedule:
Monday to Friday
~ Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Work from Home)
~ Contract Type: Independent Contractor
Oversee day-to-day operations of the intake sales team to ensure timely and effective lead handling
Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback
Conduct training sessions to strengthen sales techniques and client communication skills
Analyze sales team performance metrics and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for leadership
Maintain and optimize intake scripts, communication templates, and CRM processes
Participate in management meetings to align sales operations with business objectives
Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce experience required)
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
~ Fully bilingual in English and Spanish
~5–8 years of management experience leading sales or intake teams
~ Prior B2B distribution experience preferred
~ Proven ability to improve sales performance or conversion rates using data-driven strategies
~ Proficiency with CRM systems, reporting tools, and digital communication platforms
~ Candidates must be based in Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, or other Spanish-speaking countries
