We are seeking a highly motivated M&A Integrations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will drive the successful integration of acquired companies — ensuring that strategic goals are realized, teams are aligned, and operations run smoothly post‑acquisition.

• Conduct in‑depth analysis of acquired companies to understand their business models, commercial performance, and growth drivers.
• Define and monitor business plans for acquired entities, ensuring alignment with Fever’s strategic priorities.
• Track post‑acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for synergies, scalability, and innovation.
• Support the definition and execution of expansion and growth plans across markets and business lines.

• Develop and execute comprehensive integration roadmaps across product, operations, commercial, marketing, and corporate functions.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth transitions, process alignment, and cultural integration.
• Identify key risks and dependencies, proactively solving challenges to maintain business continuity.
• Continuously improve integration playbooks and processes, capturing best practices for future transactions.

• Serve as the bridge between acquired teams and internal departments, ensuring clear alignment on goals, timelines, and priorities.
• Collaborate across internal teams within Fever to harmonize ways of working, systems, and processes.
• Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations effectively to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or consulting experience a plus).
• 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operations, or M&A integration.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a structured and data‑driven approach.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — thrives in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
• Passionate about driving real impact through collaboration, execution, and innovation.
