Productivity & Processes Lead
, you will optimize sales processes, eliminate inefficiencies through automation, boost team and site performance, master telephony systems, and ensure top-quality execution across the business.

• Sales Cycle Optimization: Map and identify steps of the Sales process where inefficiencies, inaccuracies, waste, bottlenecks or drops in conversion happen. Work actively to remove these blockers.

• Automation & Tooling: Identify repetitive manual tasks performed by experts and implement automations to eliminate them.

• Site & Individual performance: Deep dive in performance data for our different sites and agents. Benchmark performance to identify good practices and worst offenders.

• Telephony Champion: Fully understand our telephony systems, the logic and how to set and optimize voice communication tools.

• Quality Implementation: Ensure all processes are aligned with quality protocols and are executed accordingly.

• 3–5 years of experience in process optimization, operations, or productivity roles.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, and automating processes.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to identify inefficiencies and performance gaps.

• Proactive problem-solver with initiative and resourcefulness.

Key strengths: process improvement, automation, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
