• Deliver impactful 1:1 data analytics training, helping internal auditors apply data analytics quickly, safely, and with a strong focus on value.
• Increase data access by identifying and prioritizing new useful data sources for audit teams.
• Partner with our Centres of Excellence to plan audits, share insights, and design better data strategies.

• Passion and enthusiasm to grow yourself and others around you.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with data to create value (data engineering, data visualization, text analytics, process mining, AI or GenAI).
• Good understanding of P&C and/or Life insurance.
• Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree and/or professional qualification in data, AI or similar.
• Ideally experienced in the following tools:
  • Excel/Power Query
  • Power BI / Qlik Sense / Tableau
  • Dataiku / Fabric / Alteryx / Databricks
  • Microsoft Copilots / Agents
• Strong relationship management skills
  , with proven record of working with and influencing stakeholders at various levels.
• Fluent in English
