We’re looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive Senior Analyst to join Fever’s Global Strategic Finance team. In this role, you’ll work across strategy, finance and operations to support decision‑making across our business lines and markets, improve business performance and strengthen financial processes.

You’ll turn data into clear insights and help shape the company's strategy, collaborating with teams across the business. This role suits someone who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership in a fast‑moving, international environment.

• Support global strategic finance initiatives that support the company's strategy and improve business performance, forecasting, and financial visibility.
• Prepare clear analysis and recommendations for senior stakeholders to inform planning and investment decisions.
• Analyze business performance using KPIs, financial models, scenario planning, and root‑cause analysis.
• Help build and improve financial and operational processes that can scale across teams and markets.
• Partner with regional and functional teams (e.g., Business Lines, Product, Data and Engineering teams) to share insight analyses that support decision‑making and business planning.
• Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy through automation and data validation.

• You have 1.5–3 years of relevant experience
  , ideally in strategy, consulting, finance, investment banking, or a related analytical role.
• You have a degree in a STEM, quantitative, or business‑related field and a strong academic record.
• You’re fluent in English and Spanish.
• You have strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and attention to detail.
• You communicate clearly and can build effective relationships with different teams.
• You’re proactive, organized, and comfortable taking ownership of your work.
• You enjoy working through complex problems, even when the answer isn’t immediately clear.
• You’re comfortable adapting to a fast‑changing environment.
