Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of organizational transformation strategies.
Manage end-to-end transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, including communication and training strategies.
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and team collaborations in a virtual setting.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Measure and report on the impact and success of transformation initiatives.
Coach and mentor leaders and teams through the change process.
Champion a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement. Requirements Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in leading large-scale organizational transformation or change management programs.
Proven expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Strong leadership, facilitation, and influencing abilities, particularly in remote settings.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, tailored for diverse audiences.
Proficiency in collaboration tools and project management software for remote teams.
Experience in managing complex, multi-phase projects with significant business impact.
