The Recruiter & HR Generalist will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting a broad range of Human Resources activities. This role will primarily focus on hiring for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and IT positions, while contributing to HR processes that support a distributed, remote workforce. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and fluent in advanced English, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and timelines.
Recruit primarily for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and IT roles.
Conduct initial interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and reporting.

HR Support & Generalist Functions
Support HR processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation.
Assist with HR administration, including employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
Support internal HR initiatives related to engagement, performance, and culture.
Collaborate with other HR team members on process improvements and special projects.
Serve as a point of contact for basic HR-related inquiries from employees.

Required Qualifications
~ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
~3+ years of experience in recruitment and/or Human Resources roles.
~ Proven experience recruiting for Operations, Customer Service, Administrative, Finance, and/or IT positions.
~ Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
~ Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
~ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting HR functions in a fully remote or international environment.
Familiarity with ATS platforms and HR systems.
Knowledge of U.S. employment practices is a plus.
