Position Title:

Talent Acquisition/ Recruiter - North America - Manufacturing hourly positions.

Mexico City (Hybrid)

We are looking for a recruiter to work with our manufacturing facilities in North America, supporting approximately 40/50 requisitions in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:
Develop and execute targeted strategies to source top talent using job boards, social media, professional networks, and other sourcing channels
Candidate Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
Manage the entire recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Compliance:
Ensure all hiring practices comply with local employment laws and company policies
Data Analysis:
Analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in the NORTH AMERICA region.

Skills:

Excellent communication skills in English, and Spanish; proficiency in using AI tools and recruitment software and workday experience is desired.

Education:

Graduate diploma or equivalent
Attributes:
Strong analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and a passion for technology and innovation
Experience in RPO/Agency recruitment is desired.
