Puesto: TECHNICAL RECRUITER (REMOTE WORK)
Looking for a Technical Recruiter to be part of our growth engine.  EXL has been expanding our services for delivery Data, Analytics and AI services for over 25 years.

We are looking for a recruiter who can hire for Mexico, Columbia and US geographies

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:  Managing the process from sourcing to hiring. Knowledge of sourcing strategies, tools to identify quality talent.
Talent Pipeline:  Consistently network and identify viable talent in the market for future needs.
Assessment:  Conduct competency-based interviews and validation through our technical team, ensuring that each onboarding meets the company's standard of excellence.
Brand Ambassador:  Representing and promoting EXL at job fairs, universities and technology events, a national level
Recruiting Business Partner:  Working hand in hand with the local Management and the Global Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Employment Regulations  :
Navigating tax implications, contractual requirements, and onboarding processes.

Requirements:
~5+ years of recruiting experience hiring in Mexico, US and Columbia
~ Strong interviewing skills to analyze and evaluate candidates.
~ High organizational skills.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
~ Deep understanding of Mexico's labor laws and employment regulations to ensure compliance and support business growth.
~ Knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
~ HR experience / employee engagement will be a huge plus.
~ Proficiency with Excel will be a plus.
