We're looking for a Core Recruiter to join our team and own recruiting processes end to end, with a strong focus on speed, clarity, and candidate readiness.
This role is ideal for someone with recruiting experience who enjoys managing multiple searches, working closely with internal teams, and delivering consistent results in a fast-paced, remote environment.

What you'll do:
As a Core Recruiter, you'll be responsible for managing recruiting searches from start to finish and ensuring candidates are fully prepared before reaching clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
Owning end-to-end recruiting processes, from intake to placement
Managing multiple active searches in parallel
Sourcing and screening candidates across Latin America
Conducting screening interviews focused on fit, communication, and readiness
Preparing candidates thoroughly before client interviews
Delivering interview-ready candidates quickly and consistently
Following defined screening criteria and scorecards
Keeping candidate and pipeline information updated in our ATS
Communicating clearly with Account Managers and the Head of Operations
Escalating early when requirements change or searches stall

What we're looking for:

2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, or agency environments
Experience recruiting roles such as operations, creative, marketing, or support profiles
Experience working with US-based clients and LATAM candidates
Fluent English (written and spoken)
Strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills
Organized, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple searches at once
Proactive and ownership-driven mindset

Tools &

Skills:

Experience using ATS tools and sourcing platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with processes, documentation, and scorecards
Ability to work independently in a remote setup
