HR Assistant

As an HR Assistant, you will support day-to-day HR operations and play an important role in ensuring smooth people processes across the employee lifecycle, working closely with the HR team and internal stakeholders.

• Support administrative HR processes across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, contracts, records, offboarding)
• Maintain and update employee files and HR databases
• Assist with recruitment processes (job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination)
• Support training and internal development initiatives
• Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with external providers
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and applicable labour regulations

• 12th grade completed (Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or similar is a plus)
• 2-3 years of experience in an HR support or HR administrative role
• Good knowledge of HR administrative processes and labour regulations (Portugal)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Good level of English (written and spoken)
