We are searching for an Executive Search & Pipelining Expert to join our team located in Spain. This role combines deep market research, creative sourcing strategies, and high-touch relationship management throughout direct searches, building robust succession pipelines and contributing to a talent marketplace.

• Lead end-end headhunting, proactive pipelining, sourcing for succession pipelines across leadership positions, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding.
• Partner with Talent Management, Leadership teams and Talent Advisors(HR BPs) to understand organizational needs, position requirements, and long-term talent goals.
• Develop & execute tailored search strategies for niche, confidential, and/or business-critical leadership roles.
• Proactively research, map talent across the tech industry, across geographies nurturing a talent marketplace, strengthen succession pipelines that provide instant access of top talents when necessary.
• Utilize advanced sourcing tools, AI and expert network to proactively research, map talent across tech industry, geographies and companies to fuel succession pipelines.
• Continuously analyse talent trends, competitor insights and best practices around hiring and talent availability to generate competitive advantage for Allianz Technology.

• 5+ years of experience from a global executive search firm or multinational in-house talent acquisition team with research, active sourcing and/or executive/leadership hiring experience. Technology, IT sector experience would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of market leading sourcing platforms, tools and approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence, engage, and navigate stakeholders across various levels.
• Able to manage confidential executive talent placements with full discretion & integrity.
• Able to leverage data and insights to take informed decisions.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
