• You bring a minimum of 5 years of extensive experience in managing the entire payroll cycle, from data entry to tax reporting, preparing bank files, calculating vacation pay, and beyond.
• You thrive in dynamic settings, are proactive, and have a growth mindset, with a keen interest in making impactful contributions to a vibrant organization.
• You are proficient (C2) in Finnish and have a strong command of English (B2), coupled with a solid grasp of Finnish employment laws and payroll regulations before considering a potential move to Spain.

• Overseeing the full payroll process for Finnish clients, ensuring detailed and accurate execution.
• Participating in team efforts to streamline processes and enhance service quality through innovative technological solutions.
• Providing expert support and handling complex payroll queries with dedication and precision.

• Reduced summer hours: 36 hours instead of 40 per week, for 4 weeks (to be chosen in July or August)

• Hybrid or fully remote:
  We offer a flexible working model. Employees living within 50 km of one of our offices work in a hybrid setup (2 days per week onsite, 3 days from home). For highly specialized roles, fully remote work from a Spanish home address can be discussed for candidates living further away from our Spanish offices.
