HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA

We're looking for an HR Payroll & Benefits Specialist EMEA to join our team in our European HQ in Barcelona.

This role manages payroll and HR administration across Spain, France, Germany, the UK, Switzerland, and the Netherlands, working closely with external payroll providers, HR, Finance, and employees.

Payroll: coordinate the monthly payroll process across the countries covered, act as the main point of contact for external providers, review payroll inputs and outputs, and resolve employee queries.

Benefits and administration: manage benefits (company cars, meal vouchers, occupational risk prevention), coordinate sick leave, process new hires, terminations and changes in Workday and ADP, and manage time and attendance in Woffu.

Onboarding: coordinate the administrative side of onboarding for new hires across the region and prepare contracts and related documentation.

5 years of payroll experience, ideally multi-country. Knowledge of Spanish payroll and labor administration, experience in France and Germany is a plus. Experience with external payroll providers and systems like ADP and Workday (Woffu is a plus). Fluent English and Spanish.
