**** What you’ll be doing:
*** You will develop your commercial skills by establishing and cultivating relationships with brokers and clients, attending market events and training programs to enhance your expertise.
* You will gain a global mindset by becoming part of our international community, which may involve traveling and participating in international meetings to ensure alignment between our Spanish proposition and the rest of Europe.
* By taking advantage of our flexible working hours and remote work options, you'll develop excellent time management and self-discipline skills, enhancing your ability to balance professional and personal commitments.
* You will learn and develop underwriting skills by evaluating new business and renewal opportunities alongside our team and actively participating in negotiations, contributing with strategic thinking to the design and implementation of our underwriting proposition.

* You will advance your product development skills by supporting the creation, introduction, and modification of products, staying informed about local market trends and product developments.
** What you’ll bring:
*** A recognized degree. Technical degrees would be a plus.
* Professional experience of + 10 years in the insurance sector, with solid knowledge of the Property industry.
* Experience in building and growing a profitable business for Property.
* Excellent networking skills and relationships with clients and brokers in Spain and Portugal.
* Analytical, energetic, creative, adaptable, meticulous, determined, independent, intelligent, disciplined, assertive, proactive, hardworking, resilient, ambitious, team player.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Ability to work under time pressure and to meet deadlines.
* Flexibility and willingness to travel and provide the highest quality of service.
* Business fluent in Spanish and English. Portuguese would be a plus.
