• Work from home from anywhere in Spain! (Canary Islands excluded)

• Permanent employment in full time or part time (from 20h/week) – Training takes place on a full-time basis.

• Fixed, season‑independent salary from day 1, plus performance‑related bonus.

• Service hours Monday to Saturday: 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Provide support through phone for enquiries about products, the shop website, the ordering process and shipment tracking.

• Guide customers through the ordering process.

• Competent and conclusive handling of customer enquiries.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and meet the client's quality requirements.

• Good speaking skills in Dutch, German and English

• Good working knowledge of MS Office.

• Strong communication skills and service mentality.

• Sales or telemarketing experience preferable.

• High degree of self‑motivation and willingness to learn.
