Pay.  $12 / hour
Engagement.  Contractor. Paid monthly as hours worked.

Description.  Join the fastest growing pool maintenance and service company in Los Angeles as our lead Customer Service Representative and Dispatcher! Reporting to our Operations Manager, this fast paced and exciting role is the front line of our communications with our customers and technicians. We service up market exclusive clients including actors, celebrities, and high net worth individuals that expect exceptional quality across our organization.

You must be responsive, diligent, and operate with incredibly high integrity and standards.

You will be triaging customer calls with our operations manager, interacting with our technicians for scheduling and management of their days, liaising with repair vendors, and being the voice of a dynamic and high growth business.

Location.  All candidates must be located in North, Central or South America without exception, ideally in a major metropolitan area with exceptional wifi and internet availability.

Working hours.  800am-500pm pacific Monday through Friday,
900am-1200pm pacific Saturday

Responsibilities.  As follows:
Primary phone operator and dispatcher during all company working hours
Responding to, sending out, triaging, text and emails from company phone and inbox
Managing relationships with our vendors, assigning and tracking work with third parties
Interacting with our technicians and employees in scheduling and monitoring performance
Other responsibilities and duties as may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications.  As follows:
English fluency, ideally having worked for a US based company before
Impeccable organizational and follow up skills
Dependable and available throughout the year
Perpetually positive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Business to customer experience - in particular dealing with concerned or frustrated customers
3+ years direct customer facing experience dealing with complex unique problems without a script
Access to high bandwidth reliable internet without exception
Quiet working environment, this is a remote position but cannot be in a home with excessive noise or distractions
Full top to bottom use of Google suite (mail, calendar, etc.)

Experience with prevailing customer support software and CRM tools
Do it yourself attitude with the ability to “make the call” and operate independently with high business acumen
