We are seeking a polished, dependable, and client-focused Appointment Setter / Client Services Representative who takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience at every interaction.
This is not a “script reader” role. It is a professional client-facing position requiring emotional intelligence, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Applicants must currently reside in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico .
The Role You will serve as the first human connection between our company and individuals who have requested information through our website.
Your responsibility is to engage warm prospects, build rapport quickly, and schedule qualified appointments with our sales representatives while ensuring a smooth, professional experience from first contact through confirmation.
This role requires confidence, composure, and the ability to manage high call volume without sacrificing quality.
What You’ll Be Responsible For Engaging warm inbound leads with professionalism and clarity
Conducting outbound follow-up calls to schedule appointments
Managing appointment calendars with precision
Maintaining accurate CRM documentation
Ensuring one-call resolution whenever possible
Representing our company with warmth, confidence, and integrity

Required Qualifications ✔ Minimum 2+ years of call center or client service experience (appointment setting strongly preferred)
✔ Strong verbal communication skills with near-native English pronunciation
✔ Professional written communication skills
✔ Ability to handle objections and de-escalate concerns
✔ Experience working in performance-driven environments
✔ High level of personal responsibility and follow-through
Technical Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Personal laptop or desktop computer
Professional-grade headset
High-speed, stable internet connection
Quiet, dedicated home office environment
Comfort using CRM systems and communication platforms
