About

The Role

This role is a remote role and requires fluent written and verbal English and Spanish. This role supports one of our clients: a U.S.

-based distributor of professional salon products. You'll be the voice of their brand, handling inbound and outbound calls related to sales, promotions, and support calls from salon professionals and beauty retailers who order haircare products, styling tools, and salon-grade color lines.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Answer inbound phone calls, make outbound phone calls, emails, texts, and live chats from customers in both English and Spanish
- Respond to inquiries about products, order status, pricing, promotions, and compatibility of items
- Assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues, returns, and tracking shipments
- Provide consultative sales assistance, upselling complementary salon products
- Troubleshoot customer problems and ensure timely resolution with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams and the client on Slack, Skype, or Teams for escalations or updates
- Stay updated on product catalog, promotions, and standard operating procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Clear American or neutral English accent for phone support
- Ability to write grammatically correct, professional emails
- Typing speed of at least 55 WPM
- Strong phone etiquette, empathy, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask between calls, CRM, and text-based chatting effectively
- Experience in inside sales or customer service (international campaigns preferred)
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new tools/software, and retain product knowledge
- Willingness to follow structure, handle high call/chat volumes, and exceed performance targets
