We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in   customer service   to join our client's team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and SMS;
Resolve customer concerns and provide solutions;
Escalate complex issues when necessary;
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems;
Follow up with customers as needed;
Assist with order tracking, account updates, and general support requests;
Ensure a positive customer experience throughout all interactions;
Requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken);
Previous customer service experience;
Experience in remote customer support;

Experience with phone-based support;

Experience with ticketing systems;
Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally;
Experience using CRM systems;
Strong attention to detail;
