Do you speak Swedish and at least also Spanish? Are you passionate about being on the front line of customer service, answering customer inquiries? We are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for customers via email, phone, or chat.
- Accurately address a wide range of questions and translate issues into effective solutions.
- Make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe to create the perfect ambiance in their homes.
- Gather and record customer data, manage orders, shipments and returns or warranty claims in the CRM system.
- Receive initial training and then work independently.
- Communicative and good at smooth conversations.
- Prior experience as a customer service representative.
- Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and good at multitasking.
- Fluent in Swedish and Spanish; solid in English to communicate internally.
- Can handle stress and remain composed under pressure.
- Patient, a good listener, and possess commercial insight.
- Have a Spanish Social Security Number and/or a NIE.

Benefits- Base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross, based on full-time employment.
- Language bonus per foreign language (excluding Spanish).
