About You

As our next Business Travel Consultant
, you’ll bring your passion for travel, commercial insight, and proactive mindset to deliver outstanding service to corporate clients. You understand that great business travel isn’t just about bookings — it’s about enabling people to perform at their best.

You enjoy learning, anticipate client needs, and continuously look for smarter, more efficient ways to work. With energy, curiosity, and a think‑different attitude, you’re equally comfortable working independently and collaborating with colleagues and partners.

Your Role at FCM Travel

Your expertise makes the difference

  • Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate travel clients via phone and email
  • Manage end‑to‑end business travel bookings using the Amadeus GDS system
  • German speaking
  • Provide expert consultation to deliver seamless, compliant, and cost‑effective travel solutions
  • Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through proactive service and tailored advice
  • Ensure clients feel supported, confident, and eager to return — again and again
What Sets You Apart
  • Relevant experience: Previous experience in a travel agency or commercial travel environment is ideal, though not essential
  • Industry exposure: Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy is a strong advantage
  • Languages: Confident communication in German and English (verbal and written)
  • Tech confidence:

    Experience with
    Amadeus or similar booking systems
  • Service mindset: You enjoy working with booking tools, engaging with clients, and growing your expertise in a fast‑moving, service‑driven industry
