Become an expert on all of the features and functions within Odoo's software applications
Create solutions and effectively communicate (written, verbal) with customers through our ticketing system, live chat and phone calls
Bachelor's degree
Passion for software products
Bilingual proficiency
Critical learning and social setting.

Business experience at an ERP
Experience/knowledge with tickets-support
French (B2)
Portuguese (B2)

Monday to Friday schedule with flexible hours.
~  Home Office:  2 days per week (after the training period).
