As our next Business Travel Consultant, you’ll bring your passion for travel, commercial insight, and proactive mindset to deliver outstanding service to corporate clients. You understand that great business travel isn’t just about bookings — it’s about enabling people to perform at their best.

Your Role at FCM TravelYour expertise makes the difference
- Act as a trusted point of contact for corporate travel clients via phone and email
- Manage end‑to‑end business travel bookings using the Amadeus GDS system
- German speaking
- Provide expert consultation to deliver seamless, compliant, and cost‑effective travel solutions
- Build strong, long‑term customer relationships through proactive service and tailored advice
- Ensure clients feel supported, confident, and eager to return — again and again
- Relevant experience:
Previous experience in a travel agency or commercial travel environment is ideal, though not essential - Industry exposure:
Background in travel, tourism, hospitality, or gastronomy is a strong advantage - Languages:
Confident communication in German and English (verbal and written) - Tech confidence:
Experience with Amadeus or similar booking systems - Service mindset:
You enjoy working with booking tools, engaging with clients, and growing your expertise in a fast‑moving, service‑driven industry
