- Deliver high-quality, professional customer support to Dutch-speaking Pay Pal users via phone, email, and live chat channels, resolving inquiries efficiently and empathetically.
- Assist customers with account management tasks including account setup, verification procedures, payment disputes, and transaction queries within the Pay Pal Fin Tech ecosystem.
- Investigate and resolve issues related to digital payments, unauthorized transactions, and fund transfers in accordance with Pay Pal's compliance and security protocols.
- Educate customers on Pay Pal's full suite of Fin Tech products and services, ensuring they maximize the value of their accounts and digital wallet capabilities.
- Accurately log, track, and document all customer interactions and case resolutions within the internal CRM system, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with internal escalation teams, fraud prevention specialists, and technical support departments to resolve complex or sensitive customer cases in a timely manner.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and relay structured feedback to team leaders and quality assurance teams to drive continuous service improvement within the Fin Tech environment.
- Uphold Pay Pal's brand standards and compliance guidelines at all times, ensuring every customer interaction reflects the company's commitment to trust, security, and innovation in financial technology.
- Native or fluent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written, are essential for this role — candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
- Valid EU passport or relevant documentation confirming the right to work within the European Union (mandatory).
- A strong customer service orientation with prior experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the Fin Tech, banking, financial services, or e-commerce sectors.
- Solid understanding of digital payments, online banking, or financial technology platforms is a significant advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to support internal team collaboration and reporting processes.
