Your Role
As a Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers, supporting them across phone, email, and chat.

Represent Mercedes-Benz in a professional and customer-focused way

Provide information about products, services, and vehicle-related topics

Handle customer questions and resolve issues efficiently

Deliver a seamless and premium customer experience

Turn challenging situations into positive brand experiences

Requirements
Your Profile
We're looking for someone who combines communication skills with genuine interest.

Speak German fluently

Have very good English skills (written & spoken)

Have at least 6 months of customer service experience (preferred)

Have a strong passion for cars (a big advantage!)

Communicate clearly and confidently

Enjoy problem-solving and taking ownership

Are comfortable with technology and learning new systems

Bring a positive, service-minded attitude
