YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

You provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience in every interaction

You communicate confidently and empathetically with customers in Dutch and English

You analyze customer requests, identify needs, and offer effective solutions

You adapt quickly to new situations and handle challenges with strong problem-solving skills

You proactively anticipate customer needs and maintain a service-oriented mindset

You work flexibly across different shifts, including weekends and night shifts

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience  You have already gained initial experience in dealing with customers and providing excellent service comes naturally to you

Languages  You speak fluently Dutch and English (C1 level or higher)

Communication  You enjoy interacting with partners and customers and possess strong communication skills and empathy

Problem-solving  You can respond quickly to new situations and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills

IT Skills  You are confident in using computers and common software, including Microsoft Office
