Key Responsibilities   Engage with customers in Spanish, handling inquiries about subscriptions, streaming content, technical support, and account management
Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and fostering customer loyalty
Resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and improve service offerings
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided
Stay up-to-date with new platform features and content to assist customers effectively
Requirements   Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills are mandatory; additional language skills are a plus
Previous experience in customer service or related fields, preferably within the online streaming or entertainment sectors
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Ability to relocate to Greece with the support provided by the company
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment with changing priorities
