Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor - Work Remote
Join our vibrant team at  Mercier Consultancy MD  as a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Advisor and enjoy the flexibility of remote work! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service to join our network of on-demand professionals. In this role, you will assist Dutch-speaking customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive top-notch support. Your journey will begin with an intensive training program designed to equip you with all the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.

Base pay range
This position's pay range is provided by Mercier Consultancy Medical. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience by addressing questions, concerns, and requests promptly.

Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.

Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service delivery.

Stay updated on product offerings and company policies to assist customers effectively.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage.

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are more important.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively while meeting deadlines.

Tech-savvy with a good understanding of CRM systems and various communication platforms.

Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a remote work environment.
