To support their market operations, they are looking for a Telesales Agent who is fluent in French, with a natural talent for customer contact and sales. If you're a motivated communicator with a commercial mindset and a team spirit — this opportunity is for you.
What you’ll do   Handle inbound calls from customers in French
Register new home appliances and customer details
Explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance
Use your sales and communication skills to meet performance targets
Provide great customer service and share feedback on improvements
You are   Fluent in French (English or Spanish is a plus)
A strong communicator with a commercial mindset
Confident in sales and overcoming objections
Customer-focused, proactive, and a real team player
Comfortable with Microsoft tools and working remotely
