Your Benefits   permanent employment in full time or part time
fixed, season-independent salary from day 1, plus performance-related bonus
service hours from Monday - Sunday: 10pm - 6am
option to work from home after successful induction (Canary Islands excluded as a place of work)

Your Tasks   provide support through phone for technical issues and hardware troubleshooting
complete service requests
reporting on incidents and service requests
ensuring customer satisfaction
Your Profile   very good knowledge of german and english
good working knowledge of MS Office
strong communication skills and service mentality
high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
ability to work independently and grasp things quickly
