Do you speak Swedish and Spanish? If you are passionate about frontline customer service, answering customer inquiries, we are looking for Customer Advisors to join our Customer Service Department.
What will you do?As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions. You will make informed decisions, provide proactive advice, and assist customers across Europe in creating the perfect ambiance in their homes. Your technical knowledge of our lighting products will grow over time.
You will also thoroughly record customer data and manage orders, shipments, and returns or warranty claims in our CRM system. Initial training will be provided by a colleague before you begin working independently.
- Communicative and skilled in smooth conversations
- Prior experience as a customer service representative
- Proficient with systems (preferably Salesforce) and skilled at multitasking
- Fluent in Swedish and Spanish; good English for internal communication
- Spanish Social Security Number and/or NIE (mandatory to start employment)
- Ability to handle stress and remain composed under pressure
- Patient, good listener, with commercial insight
Proficiency in the required languages and possession of a Spanish Social Security Number and/or NIE are the most crucial qualifications. Candidates lacking some qualifications are encouraged to apply.
Benefits- Base salary of EUR 20,500 per year gross for full‑time employment

Full‑time: 40 hours per week, 5 days of 8 hours, Monday to Saturday 08:00‑17:00 (or 09:00‑18:00 with one free hour). Some markets may not require Saturday work. Sunday or national holidays may be an option with extra allowance or additional free days.
