Role Description The Call Center Operator Outbound role is a full-time, at home Job. In this role, the operator makes outbound calls to existing and prospective customers, following approved scripts and guidelines to share information, conduct surveys, or support sales and service campaigns. Daily responsibilities include handling high call volumes, documenting call outcomes accurately, and updating customer records in contact center systems.

The operator responds to questions, escalates complex issues when necessary, and consistently applies professional phone etiquette. Collaboration with supervisors and team members to meet performance targets, maintain quality standards, and adhere to compliance and privacy requirements is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong phone etiquette and clear, professional communication skills.
- Experience in customer service and customer support environments.
- Familiarity with contact centers and basic call center technologies or CRM tools.
- Ability to manage high call volumes, follow structured scripts, and record information accurately.
- Strong listening skills, patience, and the ability to handle objections or difficult conversations calmly.
- Job 100% Remote. Must have a reliable PC and Internet connection.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior outbound call or telemarketing experience is an advantage.
- Comfort working with performance metrics and willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
