Customer Service Representative; French & English

Donaldson, a leader in filtration technology, is seeking a French/English‑speaking Customer Service Representative for its Industrial Solutions Customer Service team in Terrassa, Barcelona.

• Provide phone and online support to customers and internal Customer Service team.
• Handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
• Process information received via email and verbal communication efficiently and accurately.
• Perform order data entry, ensuring systems are consistently updated.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service or administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Team player with adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.

Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
