Order processing professional

To ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while providing effective support throughout the order-to-delivery process. The role contributes to customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal stakeholders, resolving order-related issues, and maintaining accurate information regarding product availability, delivery dates, pricing, and returns.
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in accordance with company procedures.
Manage and resolve order, delivery, and shipping-related issues.
Monitor customer orders and ensure systems are updated with current information regarding product availability, shortages, delivery schedules, and price changes.
Act as a liaison between customers, production, logistics, and distribution teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
Support the management of product/parts returns and related documentation.
Analyze and summarize reports on customer inquiries, service issues, delivery performance, customer complaints, sales trends, and return reasons.
Provide customers with information and/or documentation regarding order status, product availability, and delivery.
Maintain data accuracy in ERP and customer service systems or platforms.
Escalate complex issues to senior team members when appropriate
Skills, knowledge and experience   Understanding of order management, customer service processes, logistics, shipping, and returns processes by experience
English knowledge is a must (min. B1)
Valuable: knowledge of SAP and CRM (C4C) or similar (Salesforce, Opera, etc)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Customer-oriented mindset.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
Organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
