What you will do:

Provide high-quality customer support via chat, email, and phone

Support customers with order status, delivery information, and product-related questions

Build strong and lasting customer relationships

Handle customer inquiries and feedback

Provide valid, accurate information and solutions to customer requests

Understand customers' needs and deliver constructive feedback to the management team

Be a part of fast-paced environment requiring strong focus, commitment, and adaptability to different shifts including weekends and holidays

What you need to succeed in this role:

Fluent in Danish (C1 level or higher) and excellent English communication skills (at least B2 level)

At least 6-12 months of support experience

Comfortable working with high ticket volumes

Positive, proactive and responsible attitude

Personal computer (at least 8

Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)

Will be a great plus:

Experience in e-commerce or product-based customer support
