Are you fluent in Spanish & Galician and passionate about entertainment, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re looking for Customer Care Specialists to join our international team on the 16th of November in Lisbon
, supporting customers of one of the world’s leading global streaming platforms. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account-related questions, subscriptions, payments, technical issues, and general service enquiries while providing a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

Please note:

You must be eligible to work in Portugal and able to work in Lisbon, that's mandatory.

• Provide customer support in Spanish & Galician via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with account, subscription, billing, and technical enquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide clear and effective solutions.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and with empathy.
• Ensure every interaction delivers a high-quality customer experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams when issues require further assistance.

• Fluent Spanish & Galician (C1/C2 level).
• Good English communication skills (B1 level)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with digital platforms and technology.
• A positive, customer-focused, and professional attitude.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule.

• 12-month initial contract, with the possibility of renewal.
• Full-time: 40 hours per week.
• 8-hour shifts on a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday.
